As previously reported, Snoop Dogg - yes, Snoop Dogg - is coming to One Life to Live. The rapper will appear on the May 8 and May 9 episodes, while also playing a role in a new theme song for the show.

"I've been a fan of One Life to Live since I was a baby," said Snoop. "My momma always had it on the tube in the crib growing up. The opportunity to change up the theme song and give it some of my flavor will make the show the life of the party."

We'd like to welcome actor Michael Lawson to the cast of One Life to Live. According to Soaps.com, Lawson will portray a character named Brady.

Fans of General Hospital may recognize the actor from his brief appearance as Gregory on that series in 2003.

Attention, One Life to Live: here's a peek at next week's episodes...

• Blair convinces Todd not to move to Hawaii.

• Charlie and Jared catch Dorian (Robin Strasser, pictured), discussing her devious scheme.

• Ramsey chews out Nora.

This is pretty cool.

While many One Life to Live fans were shocked that 16-year old Starr Manning (Kristen Alderson) had sex for the first time this week (with her longtime boyfriend Cole), the show is aware of the controversy. It's handing it well.

ABC is teaming up with the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy by having Alderson blog about what her character is going through with this course of action and its consequences.

On the show,Starr has already expressed some regret to her mother, Blair, about the night with Cole, whilethe young actress, who's played the character since 1998, expresses her own views. '

'I'm Starr's age and I'm definitely not ready,'' Alderson said in a press release. ''Think about sex and decide how important it is to you.... You can always say 'no,' even if you've said 'yes' before — it's your decision.''

The weekly blog (which will appear on the official One Life to Live website after today's episode), will also feature statistics and facts on teen pregnancy. We commend the show for handing such a delicate matter in such a responsible way.

Danielle Di Vecchio, otherwise known as Barbara Soprano Giglione, will guest star on the March 12 episode. She'll portray the role of Ann Rider.

Tomorrow, a quintet of One Life to Live stars will be part of a charity event that aims to help those afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis.

Jamie Lynn Spears will be a fan of One Life to Live this week:

In a controversial story line, 16-year-old Starr will sleep with longtime beau Cole in an upcoming episode. If that's not shocking enough, Todd — not known for his calm demeanor — catches them.

"They never think that anyone is going to come and find them," says Brandon Buddy (Cole).

Pick up the latest issue of Soap Opera Weekly to see what else Buddy and Kristen Alderson (pictured, Starr) have to say about the life-changing events in store for their characters.

Attention, One Life to Live fans: Catherine Mary Stewart will be appearing on the March 11 episode. It's unclear right now if this will be a recurring role, but soap opera fans ought to recognize Stewart.

In 2002, the actress portrayed the role of Naomi role on Guiding Light as Naomi.

Also, longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will remember Stewart as being the original Kayla Brady (now played by Mary Beth Evans), which she originated in 1982.
