Monday, October 8: Todd does to Marcie and Michael to suggest a shared custody agreement with Tommy; In need of answers, Dorian questions Starr about Langston.

Tuesday, October 9: The judge awards full custody to Todd; Michael says a tearful farewell to Tommy; Dorian (Robin Strasser) reaches out to Langston; Timbaland performs!

Wednesday, October 10: After losing the aforementioned custody, Marcie escapes with Tommy. This doesn't sit well with Todd.

Thursday, October 11: Michael (Nathaniel Marston) and John both make a plea for Marcie to return home; Nora makes her decision about her future with Matthew.

Friday, October 12: Marcie turns to Ron for assistance. Todd vows to get his son back; Nora and Clint grow closer.

This week, on One Life to Live...

• During Todd's trial, Blair is the next witness called to testify on Todd’s behalf. But she's grilled mercilessly by Michael and Marcie’s lawyer about her questionable quickie marriage to Todd (Trevor St. John).

• Langston continues to lie to Markko off about the true story behind her family.

• Antonio gives Cristian (David Fumero, pictured) a hard time when he notices him acting goofy around Sarah. Brother can be brothers.

• John courts Marty.

Let's take a look at a few One Life to Live spoilers for the upcoming week...

• In court of law, Lindsay (Catherine Hickland) owns up to jamming a blade 10 times into the body of Spencer Truman. Ouch. She provides details, including her observation of Spencer’s evil deed at the time.

From there, well, she goes a bit insane, prompting the judge to instantly pronounce the murder suspect guilty by reason of insanity.

• Due to the verdict Lindsay must time at St. Ann’s, an institution for the mentally and emotionally challenged.

• Nora feels bad for Lindsay.

• In another courtroom - for custody of Tommy - Todd’s character is being assassinated by Michael (Nathaniel Marston, pictured) and Marcie’s lawyer.

• She has plenty of ammunition to dredge up from his criminal past, specifically the incident with Margaret, Tommy’s biological mother.

• John (Michael Easton) breaks the news about Tommy to a devastated Marcie.

• Bo suspends John due to his inappropriate behavior.

• Todd (Trevor St. John) is handed a suspended sentence and given a hefty fine and community service.

• Michael and Marcie are told they must comply with a court ordered DNA test for Tommy.

• Rex (John Paul Lavoisier) tries to dig up dirt on Todd to help Michael and Marcie's case.

• Miles tries to make amends with Todd by not pressing charges against him.

• Todd refuses to accept Blair's apology.

Here's what One Life to Live fans can look forward to in the upcoming days...

• Blair tells Todd (Trevor St. John) about Tommy’s true parentage. But Todd doesn't believe it at first.

• As the truth of what Blair has said sinks in, Todd’s next reaction is to get his son back from Marcie and Michael (Nathaniel Marston).

• Todd defies Blair and John, taking a firm stand about taking ownership of his son. As a result, John actually details John in jail in order to cool him down.

• Blair (Kassie DePaiva) goes to check on Todd behind bars, but he snubs her as a traitor.

Coming up this week on One Life to Live...

• Lindsay cooperates with the police upon her public arrest at the “Woman of the Year” dinner.

• Todd (pictured, Trevor St. John) roughs Miles up, which bothers and worries Natalie.

• Miles implies to Natalie that there’s some serious business surrounding little Tommy and what Spencer told him about the boy.

• Natalie sends John racing for Blair, as she hopes he can dissuade her from spilling her guts to Todd.

• With a substantial loan in hand, thanks to Clint, Nash (Forbes March) tries to get his vineyard back.

• Talia joins in with the Vega brothers in the assignment of sprucing up the loft with new paint.

July 25: Todd is brought home and reunited with his family. Starr turns to Langston and Markko over her troubles with Cole.

July 26: Tate takes Red, Adriana, Layla and Vincent as hostages on the Palace rooftop. Paige shares some surprising new and provides Bo with a bittersweet goodbye.

July 27: Marty's memories with Spencer's murder comes flooding back. Starr tells her dad about Cole and their relationship. Nora and Matthew get Cole settled in at the mansion.

John refuses to believe it, but Marty still insists she's the one who killed Spencer.

Cole has high hopes for reconciliation with Starr after she calls him. Todd in intent on punishing his tormentor.
