General Hospital star Kirsten Storms turns 25 today. We'd like to wish the former Days of Our Lives actress a wonderful day!

The Internet has been buzzing a lot these days with rumors about Kirsten Storms.

For starters, the actress says that Days of Our Lives has not asked her to return to the role of Belle Black. As for her status on General Hospital?

"I am working a lot (with Bradford Anderson) and loving every second of it. I have NO intentions of returning to Days, nor have they asked me. I'm beyond happy in "Port Charles" and plan to stay there as long as they will let me."

A hot rumor making the rounds at Days of Our Lives is that the show hopes to woo back Jason Cook and Kirsten Storms (pictured below) to portray Shawn and Belle again. What do you think of that idea?

Kirsten Storms, an Orlando native, will make an appearance at that city's Spherion Citrus Parade on Saturday, December 29 in downtown Orlando.

An annual tradition that has grown to be one of the largest sports-affiliated parades in the world, the Orlando Citrus Parade is distinguished by signature citrus floats parading down a two-mile stretch of downtown Orlando.

The General Hospital star is excited to play a role in it, we're sure. Let's just hope she isn't driving one of the floats.

Kirsten Storms pleaded no contest to drunk driving charges inside an L.A. courtroom today.

The judge sentenced the General Hospital star to three years probation and ordered her to attend 12 AA meetings. Starting immediately, the actress must attend two meetings per week. Storms' license was also suspended for six months, and she must pay a $390 fine.

If she fails to comply with these terms, she will serve 13 days in County Jail.

Storms was arrested in September after a police officer noticed a lit cigarette being thrown from her vehicle. When she was pulled over, smelled alcohol in the car. After failing field sobriety tests, the actress was booked on DUI charges.

Kirsten Storms is in the news right now for all the wrong reasons.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ has learned that Storms, who's also on Disney's "Kim Possible," was traveling on a Los Angeles freeway when a CHP officer noticed a lit cigarette being thrown from her blue Mercedes.

According to the police report, officers "noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle." After several sobriety tests, the former Days of Our Lives star was arrested for DUI.

Now, of course, viewers known Storms as Maxie Jones on General Hospital. And the alleged litterbug/DUIer was taken to Van Nuys Jail and later released on $5000 bail.
