TV Guide has a preview of a major upcoming story line on General Hospital:
On future episodes, Kate thinks her wedding to Sonny Corinthos is cursed after finding blood on her reception dress. That's always a problem.
On September 19, the character's cousin Olivia — who had a fling with Sonny back in high school — will show up at the wedding with some startling scoop about Kate's secret past. The role will be played by ABC soap stalwart Lisa LoCicero (Loving, The City, One Life to Live).
"Sonny has invited Olivia to the wedding, unbeknownst to Kate," LoCicero says about the angle. "He doesn't know there was quite a rivalry between the two women or that Olivia has something under her belt that's going to create big excitement—and a lot of friction."
Next week's General Hospital spoilers include a sexual liason and a witness stand...
According to TV Guide, Lisa LoCicero (formerly Sonia on One Life to Live) has been cast as Kate's cousin, Olivia, on General Hospital.
Look for her to show up for the Sonny/Kate wedding on September 19, courtesy of a secret invite from Sonny.

There will be no new General Hospital on Monday, Labor Day. But here's what you can look forward to the rest of the week...
Genie Francis is returning to General Hospital in the role of Laura. Watch this video now, which hypes her come back:
Might three-time Daytime Emmy Award winner Rick Hearst leaving General Hospital later this year?
While the actor has said that he doesn't particularly want to, a recent interview hints that show executives might not give him a choice.
"I've got three months left on my contract," Hearst said at the General Hospital Fan Club luncheon in July, as reported by Soap Central. "We'll see if it's in the minds of our creators if I'll get a chance to go further. It would be nice. We'll see what happens."
Hearst is a veteran of the daytime world. He got his start on the soaps in 1989 as Scotty Banning on Days of our Lives.
As previously reported, Genie Francis is about to return to General Hospital in the role of Laura. Fans may not recognize the actress, however, as she recently lost 40 pounds.
Regarding any story lines the star will be prominent in, well, don't ask her.
"They're totally keeping me in the dark, and it's a good thing because you know I have a big mouth," Francis told ABC News in Chicago.
Originally, Francis was scheduled to appear in a short guest-starring stint.
However, sources now say the actress will be back "off and on" over the next couple months. She evenrelocated her family to Los Angeles where General Hospital is taped.
