Remember when Chloe received those "Ghoul Girl" taunts in high school?

Since then, of course, portrayer Nadia Bjorlin has emerged as a gorgeous swan. Through it all, the actress has collected a handful of special memories. She shared a few of them with Soap Opera Weekly.

Here's a recount of one of her favorite days on, well, Days of Our Lives:

"The crazy episode where Belle had a weird dream about her, Shawn, Philip and Chloe on the beach was funny. It was this weird alternate-universe reality thing. That was a location shoot. We went to Malibu; it was shot on Zuma Beach. I was bald.

Nadia Bjorlin has come a long way on Days of Our Lives.

Farah Fath (Mimi) was a mermaid. We were all seriously overacting and laughing our heads off. I remember it was freezing outside, like 50 degrees, and we were miserable. I had to wear a gold lamé bikini. (Costume designer) Richard Bloore actually made that bikini for me.

The whole thing was really funny, a big spoof, a major parody."

Joseph Mascolo's (formerly Stefano on Days of Our Lives, until a recent, unhappy dismissal) is not taking his firing quietly.

On his website, Mascolo has spoken out about his treatment at Days of Our Lives and is asking fans to do the same:

"To all of you who have expressed your outrage to me for the pathetic and uninspired manner in which Stefano DiMera has been written out of Days of Our Lives after just being named “One of the Greatest Soap Opera Villains of All Time” in Soap Opera Digest Magazine, I thank you for your support...

The 19th Annual Days of Our Lives Celebrity Basketball Game was held on May 30. The event benefits the South Pasadena High School Boys Basketball Program, as well as the Fremont Centre Theatre.

As previously reported, veteran soap star Roscoe Born - with a name like that, how can you not be a veteran soap star? - arrives on Days of Our Lives this week. And we've now learned more about the role he'll play.

Look for Born to portray the dean of the physics department at Salem University, where he'll interact with Max, Stephanie and Nick.

In an interview with SOAPnet, Born said that Nick becomes the dean’s protégé after developing an alternative fuel cell. But what about your actual character, Roscoe?

“This guy's going to have a lot of different sides to him, and some aren't going to be pleasant, but he won't be a stock villain.”

Sounds intriguing to us!
