Bree Williamson Dishes on Major One Life to Live Spoiler

Later today, on One Life to Live, Jessica's baby dies during childbirth. It's the shocking beginning to a significant story that will play out for months.

"Jessica goes to the cottage and ends up giving birth alone," Bree Williamson, who plays Jessica (and her alternate personality, Tess, of course) told The New York Daily News. "The baby isn't crying. Tess' last words before Bess comes out are, 'Why aren't you crying?'"

Indeed, look for Jessica to welcome another personality.

Bree the Beauty

"Bess comes out and wipes up the mess," said Williamson. "And then she calls the hospital and asks if Starr has given birth. She knows that Todd was going to get the doctor to take the baby and tell Starr it died, so she realizes the baby is probably in the office. She sneaks in, switches the babies, and then hides in the closet."

Wait... she stays there with a kidnapped live baby, leaving a deceased one in its place?

"It's supercreepy soap-opera stuff," the actress said.

It sure is. We're so there!

Black and White BreeOver at the official One Life Live website, Jessica Buchanan Vega Brennan has posted her latest blog.

No, we don't mean the actress that portrays this vixen, Bree Williamson. We mean the actual character herself. Check it out:

It's been very calm and quiet on the home front--spooky quiet. I'm not complaining, but suspicious. Can you blame me? I haven't seen Jared for days, but I know he's around. The question is: what the hell is he up to? Nash hasn't really seen him, which means Nash can run the winery the way he wants.

Natalie, however, has been MIA and I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that she's dealing with Jared at work. The little I have spoken to her pretty much indicated she has had it up to HERE with Jared.  I couldn't get the whole story with all the yelling and the exasperation, but Natalie said something about her supervisor Jim, a neck massage, some quarterly report and strangling Jared.

My sister is a trouper; she's taking the brunt of Jared Banks, which leaves Nash and me in the clear,  but sooner or later, we'll have to deal with him. I'm going to use this time to formulate a plan: Get Rid of Jared Banks. And I might have an idea ...

Bree Williamson Dishes on Barefoot in the Park

You know Bree Williamson best from One Life to Live.

But theater goers are getting familiar with the actress now during her stint in the play Barefoot in the Park. The actress spoke to Soap Opera Digest about the experience...

One Life to Live Star "It's been a very positive experience,” said Williamson. "I am very busy, but it's good. Everything's great."

The actress admits that she'd never read or acted in a Neil Simon play, so she wasn't familiar with the material, but when she read Barefoot, her mind was immediately made up.

"The casting director, Steve DeAngelis, called me and said, 'Hey, I have this play, I have this play, I have this play,' and I was extremely busy at the time with other stuff, but then I was finally like, 'Okay, let me read it.' So I took it on a trip to England — actually, Jessica and Bree went to England at the same time — I read it, I thought it was perfect and the rest is history."

Williamson says that she had considered doing theater before, but between front-burner storylines on One Life to Live, fan events and her personal life, her schedule didn't really allow for it. "I wasn't actively pursuing it by any means, but I thought it would be a fun thing to do while I'm in New York because life changes really quickly and you never know what's going to happen. I'm really really happy that I got to do it," she said.

So far, the only challenges the actress has faced are the long commute (about an hour from Manhattan) four times a week and the anxiety of opening night.

"It was really stressful. I was scared! My mother and my dad and a friend came in, and they all watched it and after the show — the curtain call is my least-favorite part — I was afraid to come upstairs and face my parents even though they're just the nicest people on Earth. I was so embarrassed! I don't know why, I just get weirded out," she said. "Those kind of moments are hard. But I'm having fun."
