Take note of the following casting tidbits, fans of All My Children:
This is merely rumors and speculation for now, but it's something for All My Children fans to keep their eyes on:
According to at least one published report, Thorsten Kaye could be on the verge of leaving the show.
The New York Post reports that contract talks between Kaye and ABC have hit an "impasse." Losing the actor would be viewed as a huge loss to the series, which has been outwardly cutting its budget these days.

Heated arguments highlight the week ahead on All My Children...
Bianca and Reese are officially married on All My Children.
But daytime's first-ever gay wedding didn't go off without a hitch from certain organizations.
As Eden Riegel - who portrays Bianca - told CNN: "When my character did first come out of the closet, there was a lot of negative reaction."
Sadly, some of that has continued. Said Glenn Stanton, of the group Focus on the Family:
"I think it is really important to understand that there are a lot of things that people don't really want to see and don't want coming into their homes, and lesbian weddings are certainly one of them."
However, gay and lesbian groups hailed the televised wedding as a victory.
"It's reality," said Neil Giuliano, president of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). "So when we see a lesbian couple getting married on daytime drama, it simply reflects what's happening in the real world."
Looks to be a tough week ahead for Zach on All My Children...
Tomorrow, on All My Children, Bianca and Reese walk down the aisle.
It's the first-same sex wedding in the history of daytime television - and we've got a sneak peak at it:
History will be made this week on All My Children.
In a two-part episode that begins Friday, February 13, daytime viewers will witness the first gay nuptials in soap opera history!
The marriage will go down between Bianca Montgomery (Eden Riegel) and Reese Williams (Tamara Braun). Riegel has reassured viewers that the relationship will remain true to life.
"There’s no holding back in the physical realm. We’ve never been told to hold back. ABC is allowing us to trust our instincts."
