Meredith Hagner plays the character of Liberty on As the World Turns. She began on the show in April of 2008.
The actress resides in Brooklyn, but was raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She has appeared in commercials for Levi's, Radio Shack, Acuvue, Subway and JCPenney. As the World Turns marks Meredith's scripted television debut.
