Stephen (Patrick Duffy) is released from prison and Storm brings him back to the family. Katie can’t help but place the blame on Stephen. Charlie is ready to move on but Lt. Baker thinks the Forrester case is worth further investigation. Stephen wasn’t the only one with motivation to shoot Stephanie.
