Ambrosia "Amber" Ashby (née Moore; formerly Amber Forrester) is a fictional character from the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, portrayed by Adrienne Frantz from July 18, 1997 until April 14, 2005. The character began appearing on The Young and the Restless on November 29, 2006.
