Joseph Mascolo: Returning to Days of Our Lives
According to Soap Opera Digest, Joseph Mascolo will be returning to Days of Our Lives in early August.
The star has been extremely displeased by story lives given to his character, even encouraging fans to voice their discontent to show producers.
Now, however, it appears as though a resolution is being worked out. And that couldn't make us happier.
How much fun will it be to have Mascolo return to Days of Our Lives and react to all the folks now residing in the DiMansion mansion?!?

I can't wait to see Stefano and Marlena interactions! I hope they write them both true to the character's and the complicated history between the two.

I jumped for joy when I first heard "my man" was returning and started my "Stefano's back" countdown a couple of weeks ago. Like a kid waiting for the ice cream truck to roll down the street, I couldn't wait for the show to start today. The last 2 minutes before it started had to have been THE LONGEST 2 mins. in history! Am so glad he is going to seek revenge against that busy mody, meddling shrink, "doc". About time someone put that pesky broad in her place. WELCOME BACK, STEFANO! If you ever need a body guard to protect you from those fools, just let me know - have attitude will travel!
