EJ Bonilla (Rafe Rivera Aitoro on Guiding Light) has recently wrapped up work on his first movie.

The actor appears in the movie Don't Let Me Drown as the character of Lalo. The film is produced by Rollin' Deep Productions, an independent, Latino-run film production company and it tells the story of two young Latinos who fall in love amidst the paranoia and anger in New York after 9/11.

The flick is expected to hit the festival circuit in the coming year.

The All My Children star can now purchase tobacco products, buy pornography, vote and be tried as an adult. Indeed, Rambin is 18. Congrats!

It's sad, but true:

Joseph Mascolo is out of Days of Our Lives.

"Stefano is still in a coma and that's where he will remain for now," a show spokesperson told Soap Opera Digest.

As one might assume, the actor who has played the DiMera patriarch for over 25 years is not pleased with this development. He recently said, quite candidly:

"I'm just so disappointed in them."

How do you feel about the ousting of Mascolo on Days of Our Lives?

Brandon Beemer is headed to The Bold and the Beautiful. He knows that much.

But don't ask the actor about what role he's taking on. Unless you want a blank stare for an answer.

"It's a little strange not knowing who I'm going to play, — I would like to get prepared," Beemer, who recently excited the role of Shawn Brady on Days of Our Lives, said to Soap Opera Digest.

Brandon does know he begins work on The Bold and the Beautiful in July, adding: "I'm really excited about playing somebody completely different from Shawn."

It appears as though Tammin Sursok (Colleen Carlton) is exiting The Young and the Restless for good.

Sursok joined the cast in July 2007, in the middle of a whirlwind of controversy surrounding Adrianne Leon's exit from the top-rated series.

Now, rumors are swirling that Leon may be returning to replace Sursok, though a show spokesperson told SoapCentral.com that Sursok is scheduled to return to The Young and the Restless later this year.

Colleen will be written off the show for approximately six weeks because Sursok is filming a movie called Albino Farm.

Meanwhile, in addition to the rumors of a possible return by Leon to the show, there are whispers that Sursok's on-screen love, Eyal Podell (Adrian Korbel) will soon be exiting the series. We'll keep you updated on all these stories as they develop.
