Young star Dylan Cash has been let go from General Hospital.

Cash's character was accidentally shot by a bullet meant for his father, Sonny Corinthos, earlier this month. According to a source close to the actor, Cash didn't see the ousting coming.

During his six years with the show, Cash earned numerous awards, including a 2003 Young Artist Award in the Best Performance in a TV Series by a Young Actor Ten or Younger category.

Becaue it's unlikely the show would kill off a child, General Hospital spoilers state the character is expected to remain in a coma for awhile. From there, there's speculation that Michael will be "aged," emerging from his unconscious state as a young adult.

If the show does move forward with plans to recast Michael, former As the World Turns Jesse Lee Soffer (ex-Will Munson) is believed to be a leading candidate for the part.

As fans of The Young and the Restless know, Jack (Peter Bergman), Sharon (Sharon Case), Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) have been working on a special project.

Phyllis secured Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) to entertain. Lily (Christel Khalil) has been tirelessly preparing for the big day... and now Restless Style Magazine has arrived!

New All My Children star Ricky Paull Goldin has updated his personal blog. Here are excerpts from it:

Hello loved ones...it's me. Since the last time I did this, I have had a ton of interviews, lunch meetings with reporters, a couple of photoshoots, wardrobe fittings, meetings with lawyers, accountants, agents, managers, all not necessarily the most fun but definitely necessary.

Last night, which was the night before my first day at work, I went to a benefit for the Heart Share Foundation, honoring amongst others, Cameron Mathison.

I went with Jill Larson, Rebecca Budig, Alicia Minshew, and Melissa Claire Egan, Cameron, and his wife. It was the first time that I took pictures with my new television family. It was strange for me, but I don't know whether it was because of the new show, or because I've never been that comfortable with the paparazzi.

Anyway, I went because Linda Dano asked me to, and I love Linda dearly. If Linda were 5 years younger, or I were 5 years older, she would be Linda Goldin, because I adore that woman. She said the most beautiful things as she presented an award to Cameron Mathison. I also had some really good bonding time with the ladies of All My Children.

James Scott portrays EJ Wells on Days of Our Lives. How does he feel about this character? That's what our friends at BuddyTV asked the actor:

You've gotten to play a lot of different types of characters within the character of EJ Wells – a good guy, a very bad guy – and what do you like playing more?
I prefer to play a bad guy. It's a lot more interesting. You can have a lot more fun, I think. Good guys, their role is pretty clean cut. They turn up, they say the right thing and, generally speaking, they end up running in circles looking like idiots, for the most part. Bad guys always tend to be smarter than that.

Where do you get the inspiration to be a bad guy?
I am not a very nice person, myself, which I find helps a lot. [laughs] I don't know. I don't know where I get the inspiration from. I've kind of been able to play with a lot of different characters, and I find that it doesn't come too hard to be able to do that. I think everybody has sides of them that are dark, and if you have experience as an actor and able to tap into those things, then it's not too hard to bring them to the surface.
