Days of Our Lives Rumor of the Day: The Return of Jason Cook and Kirsten Storms
A hot rumor making the rounds at Days of Our Lives is that the show hopes to woo back Jason Cook and Kirsten Storms (pictured below) to portray Shawn and Belle again. What do you think of that idea?

I think that it would be super to bring Jason back...... Kristen..hmmm not sure yet.... i would like Martha to stay, but shes to whinny & insecure with herself....

i dont care who plays belle and shawn all the actors are good but jason and krsitn are the frist to play them.. so who ever it is as long as shawn and belle are in salem let hope they do stay

Maybe Jason Cook but I don't see kristen storms as belle amy longer it wouldn't be right.

I would LOVE to see Jason Cook come back. I has done such a wonderful job playing the role of Shawn Brady. I love Jason cook and Kirsten Storm but mostly I want Jason to come back to the show...

I really hope that it is not just a rumor cuz Jason Cook & Kirsten Storms are the true Shawn & Belle, they have the most amazing chemistry and are the only reason why I whatched the show!!

I really hope this is true they are the reason i started watching. i have a hangup for original characters anyway. they had chemistry unlike mm and bb no offense. days executives, ks and jc. make this happen!!!!!!!!!!

I say bring back Jason, and keep Martha. Kirsten looks too young for this part anymore. Martha has matured Belle nicely, Brandon has matured Shawn. But, I think it would be easier to slide Jason back into the role without Kirsten. They were great together as teens, but... Shawn and Martha look older.

i would love the idea of Jason cook returning, however isn't kristen storms still under contract at General hospital as maxie jones?
I would love it if they could have Jason cook and martha maddison.

If kristen did it would be neat to see them back but martha really made the role of belle her own i thought.

I think it either needs to be JC/KS OR MM/BB. MM and JC had no chemistry, and that is why they did the Shawn/Mimi pairing instead. JC and FF said so themselves on Soapnet. BB had more chemistry with MM than JC did, and that is why they were able to have Shelle again.

I'm sorry but I love Jason and Kirsten they were so great together. Those two made the roles for me. I would love to see them come back and take on those role again especially Jason. No offense to Brandon but he never made Shawn for me. I like Martha now but if Kirsten could come back it would be the true Shelle, CLASSIC

Oh yeah, I'd love to see these to back. I don't mind the recent "Belle", but the new "Shaun" sucks. Bring Kirsten & Jason back!!

I have been a Days fan for many, many years!! I watched Jason and Kirsten grow up playing the rolls of Shawn and Belle and I almost quit watching when Kirsten left and then when Jason left too!!!??? I could NOT! BELIEVE IT! Now they can actually start again where they left off. I am telling you the show will be complete if they were to come back. I missed them playing the original rolls of Shawn and Belle.

i think they should come back both becaouse martha is not good at playing her roll at all and brandon not sure but, jason cook and kirsten storm are the one were used to watch and it feels like there is no story without them.

I was so sad when Kirsten Storms and Jason Cooks left.
Martha who plays the recent Belle is nowhere near as good. I loved watching the original Belle and Shawn, and filling their foots steps is pretty hard! I will be so happy if they return especially Kirsten... get rid of Brandon whatever and Martha whatever and get the originals back! I stopped watching the show when Kirsten left but if she returns I will defiantly start watching Days again. Miss them so much... they should never have been replaced! GET THEM BACK PLEASE! x

I totally agree with Chloe and Tara.
Martha is rubbish compared to Kirsten, she doesn't even look like the real Belle, so what on Earth were Days Of Our Lives thinking by hiring some replacement. It ruined the whole show, Martha is a crap actress who isn't the real Belle. And like Kirsten, Jason played a big character too - Shawn; replacing them is like changing America to Amorica... its just stupid and not as good.
Please get the original Belle and Shawn back they were such a good on screen couple and the new Belle and Shawn can't even act! .... LOVE YOU KIRSTEN + JASON!

Please don't let this be a roomer. Many People have said that Kirsten won't be coming back because she is still under contract with General Hospital which to be honest sucks. I will be so heartbroken if Kirsten doesn't return! Also it would be a big bonus if Jason could come back too! That would be the icing on the cake. I too followed Days Of Our lives for many years, I watched the characters blossom with my very own eyes and to see Kirsten then Jason leave was a real heartbreaker. I am sure I can say many people stopped watching the show after their departure which was really sad. There is no true Days without Kirsten.... or Jason for that matter.
GET THEM BACK - FINGER CROSSED! x
